Established in 2015 as a joint venture company by M/S Al Nabooda General Trading Co. LLC, Dubai (the leading partner) and M/S Chulia Facilities Management Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. ANC strives to provide value added services in the field of Facilities Management. This is achieved by adopting a modern approach to sustainable and green building concepts. It is also attained by providing a one stop center that harmonizing smart, hard, soft and specialized services in the form of Integrated FM, including  Hospital Support Services and Biomedical Engineering Services.

We categorized ourselves as a smart and green FM Company envisioning ourselves to be the bearers of the Dubai  Mission & Vision a sustainable future.

Since the inception of the company in 2015, we have always stayed innovative to maintain margins, and preserve growth in the FM Market’s competitiveness. Besides focusing on various categories, from cost management to value creation, we also invested our resources and time in technologies and new business models to build and position ourselves on different level from other competitors.

In 1963, we started our first business in the  form of Dubai Printing Press. Today, the Khalifa  Juma Al Nabooda Group is a diverse company,  with stakes in over twenty different industries.  Some of them include, Automobiles, Real  Estate, Hospitality & Food Services Management, Construction, Civil & Marine Engineering, Hotels, Education, Printing, Equipment  Trading and Facilities Management & Consultancy.

From the beginning, we have sought to build strong, well-structured companies that  are leaders within their respective industries and have molded trust, honesty, and  hard work as the cornerstones of our success. Today, the group boasts a work force of  over 10,000 people, and along with our various partners, we continue to invest heavily  in order to ensure that our companies remain market leaders.
